Coalheart is a Rust server with a Frostpunk-style survival layer. You gather, build and raid as in plain Rust, but the world is frozen and the cold is the fourth enemy. One walled city, The Hearth, burns round a Furnace the players feed together. The hotter it burns, the wider its heat ring. Let it die and everyone freezes.
What is different:
- Safe city inside the wall: rent a home, eat in the Dining Hall, trade, take jobs
- PvP and raids outside it, where your warmth is your own
- Whiteouts, long nights and the Great Storm before every wipe
- Vote the city's laws in the Council Hall and research together
- Citizens with names, jobs and stories who remember what you do
- Titles earned over many wipes, a Memorial Wall, a live city on the website
The basics:
- EU (Poland), 50 slots, max group 4, custom map
- Wipes: 1st Thursday (force) + 3rd Thursday, 19:00 UTC
- Vanilla client, no downloads
- Opens 03.12.2026
